CULTURE AND HORSE SAFARI
Day 01
Arrive Delhi
Meeting and assistance on
arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02
Delhi - Udaipur
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning transfer to the airport to board the flight to Udaipur. Meeting
and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Afternoon
sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03
Udaipur
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning excursion to Eklingi and Nagda temples. Evening boat cruise at
Lake Pichola. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 Udaipur
- Kumbhalgarh
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning drive to Kumbhalgarh. On arrival check in at the hotel.
Afternoon visit Kumbhalgarh Fort. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 Kumbhalgarh - Narlai (Horse Safari)
Breakfast at the hotel. Ride through the wildlife sanctuary which
has one of the rarest species of flora and fauna of Rajasthan. Reach at
Narlai by sunset. Overnight at the tents.
Day 06 Narlai - Jojawar (Safari)
Breakfast at the tent. Morning, Ride along the foot of the Aravali
Hills, passing through colorful villages and seeing charming Servi men
and women working in the fields. In the evening reach Jojawar. Overnight
at the tents .
Day 07 Jojawar - Dhamli (Safari)
Breakfast at the tents. Morning ride through beautiful Rebari
(Shepherds) hamlets, where one can see colorfully decked Rebari women
working their sheep and goats besides the men grazing their camels. On
arrival at Dhamli, check-in at the tents. Overnight at the tents.
Day 08 Dhamli - Khetwas (Safari)
Breakfast at
the tents. Morning riding by the dry and empty fields which are
cultivated only during the monsoons. In the evening reach Khetwas and
check-in at the tents. Overnight at the tents.
Day 09 Khetwas - Rohet (Safari)
Breakfast. Ride through the rocky and thorny terrain which gradually
transforms into very dry and salty plains with over grown acacia bushes
and very few shady trees. Reach Rohetgarh by evening. Overnight at the
tents.
Day 10 Rohet - Luni (Safari)
Breakfast. Ride through the small settlements of Brahmins and Bishnois
who very fiercely protect Chinkara and the Black Buck antelopes, which
graze freely close to their settlements. By afternoon check in at he
hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 Luni -
Jodhpur - Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning drive to Jodhpur and proceed for city tour of Jodhpur. Evening
transfer to the airport to board the flight to Delhi. On arrival in
Delhi, transfer to the International airport in time for flight to
onward destination.
