PROGRAM 01 – 6 DAYS / 5 NIGHTS
Day
01 Arrive Paro
Meeting
and assistance on arrival and drive to Thimphu. On arrival check-in at
the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02
Thimphu
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning sightseeing of Thimphu. Afternoon visit
Handicrafts Emporium which displays wide assortment of beautifully
hand-woven and crafted products. Overnight at the hotel .
Day 03
Thimphu - Punakha
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive to Punakha. On arrival check-in at
the hotel. Later visit to Punakha Dzong, local market and Khamsum
Yulley Namgyel Chorten. Further drive to Wangduephodrang visiting Dzong
and local market. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 04 Punakha – Paro
Breakfast at the
hotel. Morning drive to Paro enroute visit Simtokha Dzong. On arrival
check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon visit Ta Dzong, the National
Museum of the Kingdom. Then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong
which has a long and fascinating history. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05 Paro
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive north of Paro valley to ruins of Drukgyel
Dozng. Nearby visit traditional Bhutanese Farm House which offers good
insight into lifestyle of local people and also visit monastery’s. Later
return to Paro enroute visiting Kyichu Lhakhang. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 06 Leave Paro
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport in time to borad the
flight for onward destination.
PROGRAM 02 – 7 DAYS / 6 NIGHTS
Day
01 Arrive Paro
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Evening take a stroll around town’s main street. Overnight at the hotel
.
Day 02 Paro
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning excursion to Taktsang Monastery.
Afternoon, visit Ta Dzong, the National
Museum. Later walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong situated at
commanding height, overlooking Paro valley. Evening visit a traditional
farm house to get an idea on lifestyle of local people. Overnight at the
hotel .
Day 03 Paro – Punakha
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive to
ruins of Drukgyel Dzong. Later visit
Kyichu Lhakhang and Punakha Dzong. Overnight at the hotel .
Day 04 Punakha – Wangduephodrang - Thimphu
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive to Thimphu enroute visiting
Wangduephodrang. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at
leisure. Overnight at the hotel .
Day 05 Thimphu
Breakfast at the hotel.. Morning visit Trashichhodzong, Bhutan’s
National Library, The Memorial Chhorten and Handicrafts Emporium .
Overnight at the hotel .
Day 06 Thimphu –
Phunetsholing
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning drive to Phuentsholing enroute visit Simtokha Dzong Thimphu /
Phunetsholing road was built in 1962 by Dantak, the Indian Border road
organization. Overnight at the hotel .
Day 07
Phuentsholing – Siliguri
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast drive to Siliguri passing
through lush green tea gardens enroute.
PROGRAM 03 – 8 DAYS / 7 NIGHTS
Day
01 Arrive Paro
Meeting and assistance on arrival and drive to Thimphu. On arrival
checkin at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 Thimphu
Breakfast
at the hotel.. Morning visit Trashichhodzong, Bhutan’s National Library,
The Memorial Chhorten and Handicrafts Emporium . Overnight at the hotel.
Day
03 Thimphu - Trongsa
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning drive to Trongsa enroute visiting
Dochula pass and Wangduephodrang. On arrival check-in at the lodge.
Overnight at the lodge.
Day 04 Trongsa - Bumthang
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning walk by Trongsa Dzong and visit the Ta
Dzong. Later drive to Bumthang and from Trongsa road reaches the Yutong
La pass.On arrival in Bumthang, check into the lodge. Afternoon visit to
Kurje Lhakhang. Overnight at the lodge .
Day 05 Bumthang - Punakha
Breakfast at the hotel. Explore fascinating valley of Bumthang. Then
proceed to Trongsa where lunch would be served in local restaurant.
Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel .
Day 06 Punakha - Paro
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning visit Punakha Dzong. Later proceed to
Paro enroute visit traditional Bhutanese farm house which offers good
insight into lifestyle of local people and their culture. On arrival in
Paro, check in at the hotel . Overnight at the hotel.
Day 07 Paro
Breakfast
